About Us
Youth Information Centre is a non-governmental organization founded on the belief that youth are the backbone of the nation. We work to empower young people through education, cultural exchange, and information sharing.
"Respecting the ideals that youth are the backbone of the nation, Youth Information Centre as a non-governmental organization has enforced this by-law to conduct activities on education, culture, economy, science, environment and information."
Our History
Established in 2004 (2061 B.S.), Youth Information Centre received its official affiliation from the Social Welfare Council of Nepal (Affiliation No: 16451) on July 26, 2004. Since then, we have been actively working in Rupandehi and across Nepal to empower youth and serve communities.

Our Objectives
We are committed to a range of objectives that support youth development and social progress.
Information Dissemination
To raise awareness by disseminating information through interaction, seminar, bulletin among youth reinforcing the ideals of youth power.
Cultural Exchange
To conduct exchange visit programmes among youth by sharing art and cultural activities among them.
Economic Awareness
To disseminate information regarding the country's economy, trade and industrial activities.
Peace & Human Rights
To conduct activities concerning world peace, culture of peace and human rights.
Women & Children
To work in the sector related to children, women's development and rights and to increase literacy rate.
Youth Development
To conduct activities concerning rights and interests of youth and students and enhancing their personality development.
Cultural Preservation
To preserve and conserve art, culture and cultural heritage of Nepal.
Social Issues
To conduct activities on AIDS, girl trafficking, drugs and against other social evils.

Free Medical Health Camps
We organize regular free medical health camps in collaboration with local hospitals and medical colleges to provide essential healthcare services to underserved communities.
